BHCMC, LLC (“Boot Hill Casino & Resort”, “BHCR”, “we” or “us”) published this Privacy Policy to explain our practices regarding gathering, use and sharing of personal information.  This Privacy Policy is applicable to this website, the BHCR Player’s Club, the products, services and social media applications involving BHCR. 

In providing service to you, we collect personal information about you that you may consider confidential.  In general, we do not provide any online information or any information gathered through forms or, applications to outside third parties, except as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. We do not sell information gathered online or through our application for Players Club to any outside organization.

We protect all nonpublic personal information that we acquire from our patrons. We have safeguards to protect confidential personal information. We contractually require any person, including our staff, or organization providing products or services to patrons on our behalf to protect confidentiality. We permit only authorized employees, who are trained in the proper handling of this information, to access confidential information.

Former patrons are provided the same protections as existing patrons with respect to the use and sharing of their information.

We may use personally identifiable information for the following general purposes: contacting you regarding Players Club status, special discounts, promotions, products offered and other matters relevant to the service and/or the information collected. Additionally, we may share your information, whether individually or in the aggregate, with our affiliates, and in certain cases with selected outside third party entities for marketing or promotional purposes or to improve the products or services we offer.

Information Disclosed to Third Parties

As permitted by law, we share information that we collect about our patrons with credit bureaus, collection agencies and other unrelated third parties. If you are a participant in our Players Club program, we may share certain limited information about you with other businesses with which we contract, who may contact you as part of a third party promotional program. The information we share with them such as your name, telephone number and address is gathered solely from your participation in the Players Club program.

Notwithstanding anything herein, we may also share your information when we have a good faith belief that such action is necessary to (1) comply with legal process or other legal requirements of any governmental authorities including but not limited to gaming regulations; (2) protect and defend our rights and property; (3) enforce our rights; or (4) protect the interest of users of this website other than you or any other person. We provide certain information in aggregate form collected from and relating to you and third persons such as advertisers.

Persons under the age of twenty-one (21) are not permitted in our facility. Kansas law prohibits them from participating in gaming. Employment Applications

If you apply for a job with us, we might ask for certain information about you.  We ask you to review the policy in our Employee (Team Member) Handbook and in our application packet for the privacy policies concerning employment related matters. 

Vehicle Information.

When you park at BHCR we may collect information about the vehicle you park including an image of the vehicle, the vehicle's make, model, and license plate number.  For example, we collect license plate information through technology known as “Automatic License Plate Recognition” (which captures the images of a vehicle license plates and related information such as time/date of image capture) for various safety, security and fraud prevention purposes, among others.

Video Surveillance

We use video surveillance systems to monitor all gaming areas and other public or sensitive areas of our facilities. Video surveillance cameras are used for security purposes, to protect us, our customers and employees.  The video cameras are used in many legal matters, both civil and criminal. Surveillance camera output is monitored by our employees and may be viewed by law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

Telemarketing

Even if you registered your telephone number on a Do-Not-Call list, certain exemptions to the law may allow us to contact you by telephone. However, to minimize our contacts, if you do not desire such telephone contact, please let us know in writing by sending your request with your name, address, telephone number and Players Club number (if you have one) to:
