Each applicant for a Gaming Supplier Certification, or a Non-Gaming Supplier Certification, shall have a contractual agreement or statement of intent with Boot Hill Casino & Resort. Most importantly, a supplier may not supply goods or services before being issued a temporary permit or certification from Kansas Racing and Gaming Commission (KRGC).
